Ripoff Bills for services not asked for or wanted

I was called by Way Beyond Communication after they obtained my phone munebr off the net. The sales man who's name is "Bruce" told me that they were offering me a special on "inertnet" phone service.

The salesman (bruce) staeted that his company could give me 5 phone numbers, two from whatever area code i wanted, two local and an 800 number. I told him I would get back with him. I called his company back the next day telling them i DID NOT want thier service. The salesman countinued to try and pressure me into paying for there service. I amde it very clear I did not want thier service.

The next day I checked my Back account only to find that "Way Beyond Bargains" from Boca, Fl had charged my debit card for $44.90, again after I told them not to.

I called thier office 4 times trying to speak to a rep only to tresferred to a ansering service. I left msg's each time asking that they call me back about the Un-aouthized charge. No one called.

After leaving a number of msg's they would just hang-up on me when I called and said who I was. So calling again Thsi time i told them I was some one other than my real name. Bruce (who I had org told I didnt want thier service) stated that he had Sch'ed the charge to be taken on the 17th. I asked why he would do that when I had told them I didnt even want thier service. He then but me on hold and stated that he could send in a credit for the $44.90 but it could take up to 30 days to post back to my bank account.

I ahve called the Attorney gen office in Floria and the A. G in Indiana I strongly encurage everyone who this company Rip's Off to call and file a complanit.
