Charging me for service i never got or used - Bad Internet company

I called local.net and was inquiring about service and they said they needed my checking account as verification of who i was. I never used thier service so I called them after they charged my account 24.95 in which they told me it was only 9.95. When i asked them they told me there was a 12.00 set up fee. They never set anything up for me. They also told me that i would have to cancel my account that i never had, by going to cancel@localnet.com. That is a bogus address, it does not exist. The girl on the phone said I must be s[pelling it wrong. I am not going to play thier games so I notified my bank and closed that account out, I would suggest you do the same cause they are going to keep on billing you. I feel sorry for all of us that have to dael with such a horrible company. Localnet you suck and i work in advertising. Well enough said. Good luck to you all and I hope you do get your money back. Just make sure you tell everyone you know about them.
