Domino's very bad phone service and walk in service - Customer service at the store level

I called the store to order and the person told me if I could hold so, I waited for 15 min. And no reply. I hung up and called again the same thing happed. The third time they made me wait but not as long. Then I finally I got to put my order and this were for my kids and my mom taking care of them. I paid with my debit over the phone but they needed to see the card and Id so I told them that was fine because I was heading by thier. When I got thier no one was in line so walk up to the cashier and instead of helping the person just left to the back. Then she attended someone else. While being thier she had two to three calls and to all those calls she told them if they could hold on. Finally they got to help me but she did not know what I was talking about.
