Cingular will not contact you no matter how many times you call them. One dealer said they were an upright company and you have to pay deductibles on all insurance. On a 20.00 phone I have to pay 50.00 deductible. That's pretty stupid as he must be.
I suggest no one should buy cingular. You can bet everyone I talk to will not. I'd like to let them eat the two phones I paid for.
