Promised Rebate Never Paid After Matching Wirefly Ad Offer

I signed up and purchased a cell phone from Cingular. In fact I got the family plan that included 3 phones. I used a WIrefly add, so I was made to pay a $100 extra for matching the ad and told I would get a rebate. I even had to buy 2 of Cingular's items before I got the supposedly free phones. Well I had not got anything but high bills. They don't even act like they are going to pay me and this has been over 7 months.
