Insurance Sold as No Deductible, Now $50 Deductible for Repair

Cingular Wireless ripoff sold me insurance on my cell and said it was covered, I ask was there a deductible they answered no. Now I carried my phone back because the on off button came off and now there is a 50.00 deductible. I feel I was ripped off the insurance is useless.

This company misrepresented their insurance on their cell phone. I most assuredly asked if they had a deductible and was told no. The button came off and was lost that turned it on and off, we carried it back and they tell me they can't do anything about it without a 50.00 deductible.

Do they really have to lie to sell their phones? Or just because I am 60 years old they feel they can beat me out of my money. It is a sorry state of affairs and a poor way to do business, in my book. You can bet you back end I will get this business out in the open.
