Ripoff, sold me insurance on my cell and said it was covered with NO deductiable, now that i need repair it's a $50.00 deductiable. I feel i was ripped off the insurance is useless

Cingular Wireless ripoff sold me insurance on my cell and said it was covered, i ask was there a deductiable they answered no. Now i carried my phone back because the on off button came off and now there is a 50.00 deductiable. I feel i was ripped off the insurance is useless.

This company misrepresented their insurance on their cell phone. I most assuredly asked if they had a deductiable and was told no. The button came off and was lost that turned it on and off, we carried it back and they tell me they can't do anything about it without a 50.00 deductiable.

Do they really have to lie to sell their phones? Or just because i am 60 years old they feel they can beat me out of my money. It is a sorry state of affairs and a poor way to do buiness, in my book. You can bet you back end i will get this buiness out in the open.
