I have been contacting Sprint for 5 months now regaurding the 2 phones that have stopped working in a 12 block radius of our home.
For about 13 months the phones have worked fine. When a sprint rep is contacted you tell them your problem and they put you back on hold / Average hold time to get to a rep has been about 20-25 minutes.
The reps act like if its something they dont want to fdeal with they dump you back into the que or they connect you to a number that rings and no one ever answers.
I have let it ring for over 15 minutes and it never gets answered! They have promised off setting credits for the service not working and it takes well over 2-3 days of being on the phone with them for over 2 hours at a time and usually have to threaten them to not put you on hold!
75% of the time It sounds like you are talking to 10 year old and not an adult or they speak such broken english that you can't understand them.
They continually shut the phones off even before the due date on the bill. They have also applied credits then take them away and shut the phones off for nonpayment.
I contacted them 7 times today and have been disconnected all 7 times. Do not ever buy any products from them. They will never support any thing they sell. There is NO customer care with this company.
I have even gone into the direct sprint store to have a rep hand me a card and tell me I would have to call customer care that there was nothing they could do for me in the store.
