Sprint has the worst service ever - htc evo 4g

Have been trying to get my phone to work or any help with it already warrentied it twice still both phones where damaged, but no one at the store or on the phones can help me, just get tossed around departments, and the store tell me they dont carry it so they cant help, i bought the phone at the store but they cant help me... Do not get insurance from sprint its a rip off i paid for two yrs so far and when i tried to get another one it was damaged and assurion will not do jack. Just the worst how do you sell phones but only care about the money. Sprint is not a company i ever want to deal with i will put up my number on here but i doubt ill get a response anytime...
