Ripoff, Disconnected service because I was behind on bill Nationwide

I have been with Sprint for 4 years and been very happy with them, but now I see they don't care about their customers. I have had a family problems for a year and a half and recently been late on my payments and I have been trying to pay online, but kept getting an error. Today I called Sprint because they disconnected my service and wants me to pay a cancellation fee of $125.00 each phone. I have two phones with them and one is for my 78yr old mother and she has never used it at all. I got it for her over a year ago because she lost her home and dogs and has been staying with my Brother and I wanted her to have a phone im case her car broke down. Sprint would do nothing for me about the cancellation fees and the person I got on the phone was rude and did not want to help me at all.in fact he said he would has his Boss and then he did not even put me on hold and I could hear him telling his Boss he did not want to give any credits. I guess that counts against him or something. It's nice to know that even though you are loyal to one company they could care less when you hit hard times. They can sue me for the $300.00 because I'm not paying it.
