Overcharged for Unlocked Phone at Mall Kiosk

I needed a new cell phone. The first Razr they were hawking was flimsy (an older model). One (there were 2 "gentlemen") showed me a "special" phone. A black matte V3 very nice-not tied to any service provider. He told me they sold a lot of them, that he only pulled them out for ppl he thought were serious customers.
I was serious alright. I like the phone but I was charged $50-$100 more than it should have been. Do not patronize T-Mobile dealer at North Dekalb Mall in Decatur, Ga
