Fradulent billing, price gouging

I worked for this company for a very short time... And that was long enough. Once I found out about the fake billing that was going on, I was out of there.

When you go in there and have something small wrong with your phone... Such as a broken earpiece, you notice how they always take down all of your phone's information? Even if they don't fix anything? Well there's a good reason for that.

They take your information, attach a broken piece of another phone (there's a box of old phones in the offices) and bill Nextel for a repair that they never did, or for one more expensive.

Wait it gets better...

Those sheets that they fill out on you are kept in a filing cabinet and when the company is low on repairs for the month, they grap a stack of them, find broken parts they they have and refile using the same information. Of course, they cover their tracks by checking with Nextel to see if the phone is still in service.

Wait, I'm not done yet...

They also price gouge phones that are sold without renewing a 2-year contract. Nextel sets the prices and Absolute Wireless tacks on about $200, I believe.

So do us all a favor, bring your business elsewhere. They are ripping off a huge company with your information... And without your consent.
