Nextel.com fraudulent business practices billing very poor customer service

I have a Nextel business account with 6 phones, my son-in-law, had use of one of the phone and being of the poor quality they make the phones, it broke and he had no reception on the phone, he not knowing we had replacement insurance on the phone went into a Nextel store and processed to have the phone fixed. He was told it was unfixable, and that he would need to up-grade the phone, he had the girl at the store call me for permission to do the up-grade, I gave permission.

NEXTEL had a phone on sale for $42.99 or something like this amount, they didn't have a phone in stock so it was going to be Fed-ex to us. It was, when the bill arrived it didn't refect a replacement which I have paid two years worth of their bogus insurance for and it didn't reflect the $42.99 the cost of the phone was $430.00 I call NEXTEL right away of opening the bill and was told that price was for a new line of service, and since he up-graded the phone they extented my contract for another 2 years without my permission... I am so upset with this... I ask for the conversation between the rep. Of NEXTEL and my son-in-law and they told me that was private and only by court order would they release it...

Who ever wishes to get a mobile phone do yourself a huge favor get anyone but NEXTEL... They were rude, and didn't care and told me I had to pay the bill, and I could have all phones turned off, but it would cost me an additional $200.00 per phone to have them turned off... And $25.00 per phone if I wanted to transfer the phone numbers I have to another company... What a MESS... And they get by with this...
