Ripoff fraudulent dishonest billing contract crookery

I obtained a Nextel wireless phone through a hospital I worked for in Mass as part of an employee offer. The contract was to be for two years. When I moved to another state, the roaming charges were outrageous so I arranged to have the service changed. What they didn't tell me was that when I did that (4 mos shy of the contract being up) they automatically renewed my contract for another two years. Since looking over their charges more carefully I realize they have charged me
$ 5.00 and $6.00 for 1-800 calls... Also, I originally had two phones, and when I wanted to cancel one of them, they insisted on charging me the $ 200 fee if you terminate a contract early even though I would be continuing one of the phones. Does that sound like a company anyone should be doing business with?

My sister spent four hours on the phone with them (A paralegal) trying to arbitrate and they would not budge an inch. She has had MANY cell and traditional phone companies adjust her bills when she felt they were unfair, but NEXTEL would not budge an inch. Beware of nextel, people.
