I left Nextel for the new IPhone and ATT plan like a dummy. ATT has the worse customer service and billing service. Every month since December I must call to have billing issues corrected. This process usually takes 30-45 minutes every month seriously. I have issues with the phone now and the attempt to get that resolved is unbelievable. I bought the phone one block from my house the repair place is 20 miles ATT stores dont service the IPhone but they can take your money for one. I took off work to go there and there was a two hour wait for repair. Then I had to make an appointment for three days later on another work day. Of course I couldnt make it. Just ridiculous! Oh I asked to cancel my contract and just go back to Nextel they said sure for $200. After the service I am receiving they really have a lot of nerve. I'm just tired I need a working functioning phone. I paid too much money for this phone and we have 7 phones on our account. ATT just really sucks. Do not ever switch to ATT for now reason I had a cheaper bill and better service with Nextel.
