Com Ripped Off Ripoff

After reading the other reports from victims of Wirefly.com I should feel fortunate. I only wish I had heard of usacomplaints.com sooner. I decided to order three Motorolla V551 telephones from wirefly because they told me that the phone clips were included in the purchase, this would have saved me $45.00 since the local walk in dealers charge $15.00 apiece for the belt clips. Wirefly sent the phones, but no clips. When I was finally able to navagate my way through the maze that they call the customer service telephone support center, they informed me that the clips were on back order. That was over six months ago. After several e-mails back and forth with a Bob Clarke and a Roger Anderson in the customer relations department, the last message in July of 05 states that they apologize, but they do appreciate my business. Not that they intend to send me the parts that I have paid for apparently. My advice, stay away from Wirefly.com. Since I never purchased a belt clip, my phone has fallen from my pocket and now has a cracked case. It is worth the extra cost to purchase a phone from a walk in business, at least there you can get your hands around the salespersons throat:)
