Free Camera Phone Order Auto-Cancelled After Weeks on Hold

I was sent a flyer in the mail for a choice of a free camera phone in the mail from Cingular Wireless. I call and ordered the phone I preferred. I was told it was on back order and would take 4-6 weeks. I said that would be ok and I waited and waited and waited. Then when I called back I was told the order automatically cancels after 3 weeks. Now if I want the phone I have to pay for it. I have spent about a week on hold over the last month waiting for Jaime, Sheana, Joshua, Janet Dietrich, Jaime. Now when I call I get 31390Disconnect.
One other thing you may want to look into which is also false advertising is that they say you can get a discount if you consolidate on to your SBC bill, however if you do this you will no longer be able to see the details of your Cingular statement. Two different years I found that I was being overcharged on my cell phone and both times they said they were sorry but they could only credit 3 months back to me.
