Overcharge, no correct bill sent, multiple answers to same questions, unable to get my exact balance, no help Austin, Texas

I migrated from AT&T to Cingular in February. My bill is supposed to go through SBC along with my internet bill. At first, I could not get my phone activated. This acctivation process took hours of my time, no one person telling me the same thing twice. When it FINALLY was activated, the next month I was charged for two cell phone lines.

Cingular blamed SBC and SBC blamned Cingular. Each time I spoke with Cingular, I would get a different answer and different assurances. I asked the manager to call me back, he never did. The next month my bill was fine. This month there was no charge sent to SBC and Cingular cannot tell me my exact balance. It is frustrating to be on the phone for 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours with Cingular—many times getting disconneted.

I ama in a atwo year contaract and am unable to do anything about this very poor service.
