$100 rebate ripoff Cincinnati Ohio

I bought three T610 phones from T-Mobile and was supposed to receive a $100 rebate per phone. I received only two $100 checks.

T-Mobile said they had only received two rebate submissions from me and that's why they only sent me two checks. I said, "I kept a copy of all of my submissions, so I can fax or mail whatever it takes to get my third rebate check." I was told that they didn't care what I had copies of, they would not be sending any rebate without an original, not-photocopied, T610 UPC bar code.

Of course, I had been required to send them the original UPC bar codes with my initial rebate submission, so all I had left were photocopies of my submitted materials.

I am suspicious that T-Mobile deliberately discarded one of my rebate submissions since they refuse to consider photocopy evidence of my compliant submissions.
