$100 Mail-In Rebate Denied Despite USPS Delivery Confirmation

Upgraded my phone to a Motorola Razor with a $100 mail in rebate. Sent with USPS track and confirm label. USPS says it was received. T-Mobile says is was never received. T-Mobile says they can not help because the terms of the rebate stated that the Original UPC barcode needs to be included with the paperwork for the rebate. Well, guess where that is? This is a total scam and I'm pissed!!! Where is the class action law suit!
