Rebate ripoff

I purchased two Motorola V180 from CellularChoices.net with T-Mobile as my service provider. There was a $50.00 rebate for each (totally $100.00). On December 06, I mailed my rebate submissions pursuant to the instructions on the rebate forms to Customer Loyalty Rebate, Department-BAR, White Bear Lake, MN 55110. It was said in the form that I will receive a check within 10-12 weeks. But I did not get any information after more than 16 weeks. I sent email to customerinquiry@inphonic.com to check the status. But no reply.
