Fraud and misrepresentation

I bought an oven from fakhroo in Bahrain and it needed to be fixed they said we do not fix but we replace the part. The thing is this is something i didn't know about when i bought the oven and they will replace the part for so much almost for half the price of the oven when its new. My question to you folks is this fair and just i never been told what deal was when i bought the oven is that a fraud and misrepresent ion
