sells original Apple iPhone smartphones. We noticed that this company has been certified, controlled, guaranteed and classified as a gold firm for two years by Alibaba.com, and Alibaba also said that the firm had its "TrustPass". Seeing all these guarantees, we trusted them, and on May 21 we purchased, and Mr. Jerry Cleveland directly confirmed, the following order:

He requested prepayment by wire / bank transfer into his account at Bank of America in Las Cruces, in the name of Mrs. Christina G Romero, as reported in the attached receipt. On May 22, Mr. Jerry Cleveland informed us that the goods had been shipped by the courier "Air Cargo Express", giving us the website and the tracking number (as stated in the email below), and that on May 23 the goods would be delivered to our address in Italy. Today, seeing that no goods were delivered, we carried out some research and found that the carrier "Air Cargo Express" does not exist and that the website and the tracking code are fake. We asked Mr. Jerry Cleveland, and he told us that if we wanted the goods we had to pay customs fees of Bern (Switzerland), which required a payment of USD 535. The payment was to be made to his accomplice in Egypt, named Mrs. Mubarak Olalekan Emiola, or to another accomplice, Thomas Gutkowski, at WyHy Credit Union in the United States (bank account and routing numbers were provided to us).

All this is contrary to what had been agreed, since Mr. Jerry Cleveland said that over the payment made by us of $870 no other charges or costs had to be paid. At this point we asked Mr. Jerry Cleveland to give us proof that the goods were cleared through customs in Italy or Switzerland, or to give us back our money, but he has not rejected our request and no longer responds. We asked Bank of America in Las Cruces, through our bank in Italy, for the return of our money, as a fraud was committed against us. We also found that this company and Mr. Jerry Cleveland, with all his accomplices and partners, have made and continue to make scams, all with the guarantee and certification of Alibaba.com.

Accordingly, I hereby file a formal criminal complaint with claims for the damages we have suffered (moral, material, professional and financial). We ask the F.B.I. to stop Mr. Jerry Cleveland and all his partners and associates, we call on Bank of America in Las Cruces for the immediate return of the sum of USD 870, and we ask Alibaba.com for damages for complicity of USD two million, reserving the right to request further damages.
