Phone Returned From Repair With New Scratch on the Screen

My Samsung Note 2 had a garbled sound, which is why I brought it to the Samsung center at SM North EDSA, Philippines. After a week I got my phone, since I needed to wait because the speaker had to be ordered. When I was checking my phone I found a scratch in the middle which was not there when I handed my phone to them. It was not even on the list when this lady checked my phone before I left it in their care. The technician, the lady who accepted my phone with no scratch and just the garbled sound, and their supervisor had a closed-door meeting. After that discussion they gave me a technical support form with my complaint on it and told me I would receive a call after 1 week.

But it has been more than 2 weeks already and there has been no call. I also called the number on the receipt when I paid them P1000 plus for my speaker, even though they scratched my phone, but there is no answer. I am trying to fix my schedule now to go to the Samsung service center, which is now the worst service center I have ever been to.
