Galaxy S4 Screen Flickering Not Covered by Warranty

Good morning, I bought a Galaxy S4 last August from the UAE Axiom outlet. Last month a problem happened to my phone: flickering in my screen comes and goes, and it is under warranty of Axiom.

I reported this to Axiom and they told me the warranty does not cover this problem although there is no break or even a scratch over my screen, and they told me it fell down and this is not our responsibility. How is that? This is a defect in the phone because there is not a scratch on it. Please give me support to handle this problem.
