Refrigerator Stopped Cooling and Repair Visits Failed to Fix It

On December 23 my LG refrigerator, Model No. LFC22760ST, stopped cooling. I contacted LG customer service, not sure if this is in Canada or South America. They told me to pay a flat rate of 242.95 CAD to fix the refrigerator and, after a week, they sent a "technician" from RBC Inc. He came in with a screwdriver and changed an electronic board that had been changed 1 year ago. He asked me to call them back if the fridge was not working. I called them back and after another week he returned to tell me that the fridge has a leak and can't be fixed. LG made me wait another week for a management final decision. In the end I received the refund and now, after more than 3 weeks, I have to look for and buy another fridge.

LG life is not good. I have to say that I have a couple of LG products. The phone also had problems in the warranty period and I don't know how long it will last. As an ex fan of LG, I advise you to strongly read reviews before purchasing any LG product.
