$50 rebate card - still waiting after SEVEN MONTHS

Bought A $250 phone in June. It was on sale for $199 PLUS a $50 rebate card I had to send in to get. I applied by June 30.

In September I called since the "10-12 weeks" I was supposed to wait were over. "We just now got your form." They told me. Upon digging further, I got them to admit they had just now entered me into the system. "Response has been so huge... Sorry, you have to wait another 10-12 weeks.

I called again in December, outraged, saying I want that $50 in my hand NOW. "Sorry, it will take another 2-3 weeks." So, if I called last week, would you have told me that same amount of time, I asked. "Yes." And if I call in 2 week, then, what?"Uh, it will take 2-3 weeks."

It is now FOUR weeks later, still no rebate, no sympathy, no nothing.

Time to call the BBB
