Rebate ripoff San Diego California

I got two phones on June 1 and after making copies, as required, on June 12 I sent two rebate forms for $100 each to Young America. The same day I mailed two rebate forms to Best Buy and 6 weeks later received my checks. When I tried to check my rebate status on cingular side it would always come up: "can't find your rebate" After waiting for 6 weeks, I called Young America. The representative was really nasty.

I called the second time and talked to somebody else, who gave me an address to resend my rebates. It was done on August 5.

Today is August 25, so far nothing changed. Also it was another rebate of $75 for my first month bill. I am still waiting for this one too. I would never buy this new plan if the rebates would not be so attractive. But now I am out of $275 and it really herds that cingular is taking advantage on people and nothing is done. I am planning to take them to small claims court, I am not giving in.
