Ripoff Not honoring rebate offer National

After purchasing some Motorola equipment to set up a wireless internet connection, I sent in a rebate form along the all requested info. After waiting the requested time (12 weeks) and not receiveing the check, I called to find out the status of the rebate. They acknowledged they received all the info they needed and I should receive the check in 3-4 days. After couple weeks and no rebate, I called again and was told it would go out by the end of the month (another two weeks). Waited three more weeks, called again and told it would be sent out in 2-3 weeks. Still haven't received the rebate and after checking online it shows that it is estimated to go out 6 weeks from now. Can anyone give suggestions as to how to get my rebate??
