Please we have tried evrything to get responce from b.B. To no avail. We have 2 sony s72 camaras that we bought at best buy and a lap=top sony. Not to mention thats all i have at my office! The sales told my wife to buy compac instead while i was out of town for a present! She gave it to me on our anerversity and i told her sony and she said that the man told her no to get this! I took it back with only 1 box open and was refused an exchange because i was a few days over 30!

I know it user error not the machine but i never knew what 1 was til i was in my 40's and i can use the sony plus i need a dvd burner to down load my pic's and send out to clients! Well then if i didn't learn we were to get a gift card with that computer sale and we have called several times and went to the store! Stores says call they say go to store! Well Then i got ahold of terry a vp and he never heard of this gifr card 104 every 100 spent and couldn't help me unless i could get him a copy! So i dug it out of the trash and got in my car and faxxed it to him on fri a week ago!

Never heard a word from him also we were tokd by email that some one would contact us they were looking into it!!! Nothing But you should see this house where they busted holes in my bedroom to mount a lcd on the fall bought from them alsoand the sat wires running down the walls aroumd the outside of the house Its going to cost a ton just to fix!!
