Charged me for installing two systems when they said they would not. Rip-off! El Segundo

Electronics and household app.

I have had direct tv for 3 years and recently moved. I called them to move the dish and to add another tv. They had said there would be a set up charge but since DISH offered 4 rooms for free they said I would not be charged these fees. The service man came on Oct 15th late on a rainy day and only hooked up one reciever. I had to call the cable company back to reschedule for the following week. They did not show.

I called again and said I still needed the 2nd tv hooked up and there was to be no charge. About 2 P.M. A serviceman showed up saying he was here to service my system. I said no I needed a second hookup. He called his company to see if he could do the job they said yes. Through all this all I had was a cell phone and one time I was kept on line for 45 minutes running me over my minutes by $100. Now today (Dec. 7th) I had my service shut off for unpaid bills.

I sent them a check for $152.00 2 weeks ago. Now they say I still owe $221. I am totally fed up and you can't trust what there representatives say over the phone.
