Ripoff would not honor the return of an unused untouched product

It was amazing. I purchased a $60 item from them. It turned out to not be the product I thought it would be. I opened the box, but it wasn't wrapped in any sealed container withing.

I never attempted to install the product nor did any tools ever come in contact with it. It was simply opened, looked at, and placed back into all of it's original packaging. I had intended on returning this one and purchasing (from the same company) the correct item, which would actually be 10 dollars more than the original.in addition to this I had ordered more than $200.00 worth of merchandise from them.

I was told on the phone that the item was non-returnable, non-refundable. If, however, I were smart enough to have lied, then the product would have been fully refundable. Imagine. I argued my case, but they were unyeilding. To me, if a customer had plans on becoming a loyal buyer, I as a vendor would eat the $50.00 myself (maybe even throw in shipping) with the knowledge that you have just generated a long-term source of good publicity and cash.

Now they have created an irate sucker who is short $50.00 and will not waste another penny on them. All items besides that one will be returned to them and I will take my business elsewhere.
