Traveling With Kids
Sells unuseable product, return policy terrible

Shops, Products, Services

I just have to warn others about this company. My parents purchased two BedBugz Inflatable Bed Rails from this company for my son. The instructions for the product are only in Spanish. Their return policy is:

For merchandise that is unwanted, unused and resalable please return the product (s) with the original packaging to us within 30 days for a refund. Please be aware that there is a 15% restocking fee for returns and you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please email is at returns@travelingwithkids.com with the reason you are returning the item (s).

Please ship the unwanted items to us via United Parcel Service (UPS) or another trackable and insured method (Fed Ex)

I'm afraid that makes it more profitable to sell the product on e-bay.

I contacted the manufacturer of the product asking for instructions in English and never received any answer at all. My guess is that they only speak Spanish as well. So unless you are fluent in Spanish I recommend you not purchase from this website. (If you are fluent in Spanish, well, "buyer beware" is always good advice.)
