I ordered an iPad case. Item took a few days to be dispatched with very slow shipping (only received the item after 3 weeks of purchase).

I opened the package, to my dismay – I had not received the item that I had ordered. Item was of a different colour, and design to pictures on site.

Took pictures of unused item still in original packaging to get returned; but customer service rep was especially unhelpful over the course of several emails.

I am out $37 and will never buy from these people ever again; I advise you against shopping here as well.
