Delivery of incorrect product and not willi

I purchased a jewelry item from this company in November. After waiting months for the delivery, the company delivered the incorrect item.

Despite numerous attempts to get the company to exchange the product for the correct one (and to get then to pay the shipping since it was their error), I will still not received the exchanged product or a refund on the original purchase price.

The company representative acts in bad faith, trying to convince me (in broken English) to keep the incorrect product, or to carry the full cost of shipping the item to them, AND then to pay for shipping the correct product.

This company is a, and you risk losing your money if you purchase anything from them. Do not buy antyhing from these people!!
