Lap top repair done - HP DV4-045DX Lap Top compute

After reading several blogs from others about Best Buy and then my daughters experiance it appears to me that the Warranty and service that sound so good at the time of purchase is not worth the paper it is written on. Our replacement computer was purchsed at Costco this time which is honorable and we got a second year manufacture warranty included free. It isn't internet sales hurting Best Buy it is their deceptive treatment of loyal customers. I look forward to seeing your going out of business notice Mark K.
