Ordered a Nextar SNAP7 7" portable GPS navigator, paid $199.00 plus $10.96 shipping, from AMAZON.com website. Returned GPS because was not satisfied with the performance. Paid $40. For overnight UPS return shipping which included insurance. DiscountsJungle retains 15 % of amount paid for a service fee.
There's no automatic refund by DiscountsJungle upon their receipt of the returned item. I had to track them down on the phone, and was told that they had received the item some time ago, but they would refund soon. They then refunded promptly $169.95. So, I'm 'out' the $29, plus the $40 return shipping. BEWARE of dealing with AMAZON.com's vendors. Read all the fine print pertaining to them.
