They still allow this company to sell on their site knowing they are frauds

I'd bought from their store going back 12 years and had not a problem. Nevertheless, I recently purchased an electric product and required it delivered. Amazon sided using the vendor. The vendor decided to the return, e mailed me that it obtained them back and declined to refund money. Amazon understood this, had Postoffice Shipping evidence, and just delivered protected emails towards the vendor. While this did not function, Amazon declined to assist me.

By myself I'd to discover Sellers tackle and telephone number and contact them. They stated I had beennot within their program at-all and not heard about the organization that delivered it. I told them the 3 titles the Organization was authorized to be under, both handles, and also the Presidents' title. I told them I'd be calling Their State Attorney's Workplace for fraud, US mail-order fraud, and charge card fraud, etc. They hung-up on me. 24 hours later Amazon acknowledged my cost. I'll never use Amazon again. They nevertheless permit the corporation to market on the website understanding they're scams.
