This place is terrible! I'll pay more money for customer service from now on. Please boycott this company

I bought a-60" Pointed Television right before the superbowl this season and simply earlier this week it continues to be receiving dim shadows and steadily getting worse. I approached Pointed straight plus they were pleasant and offered me a return authorization amount from P-C Rich & Child. I had been advised to get hold of P-C Rich & Boy before returning them. I did so and that is when this all went downhill. I spoke using the "customer support representative.

Yes, I've enough cash to purchase 10 Televisionis at 1300 bucks an item... Numb nuts. This location is horrible! I will spend more income for customer support from today on.

WalMart has greater support and that's fairly sad. Please boycott the corporation.
