Electronics and household app.

Today 12/17 I looked up a product online to see if it was available at the store for pick up or if I needed to ship it. Once online at bestbuy.com it asks for your zip code. I entered it and the site brought up the stores in my area that carried the product I was looking for and so my husband and I drove to the store to purchase the computer. At the store, we were told that it was not there, but we could order it online and have it shipped to the store which would be faster than shipping to our home. We returned home to order the item and again with an order number the item was ready for pick up tonight. Extremely disappointing and discouraging when we could have already picked up the product and set it up at home. Now we have wasted time and gas money because the people working at Best Buy are not trained properly. If they were, Best Buy would have made an immediate sale and we wouldn't have wasted so much time and money.
