Horrible customer service/Faulty online ordering system - Journey Girls/Zhu Zhu pets

Let me start by saying that in total I have waited on hold for over two hours with Toys R Us either through the store or thier 1-800 number. Secondly, I placed two orders online with the ship to store option, then recieved and email 5 hours later stating that my order had been cancelled due to non pick up. When I called the number associated with the email, my response was "that must have been a mistake, your order isn't cancelled." The representative came me no other answer, explanation and would not transer me to the store I had requested for my ship to store option.

To cover my bases, I called to the store to make sure the order was still standing. They also told me the order had been cancelled, but because the store did not have the items. Isn't that the point of ship to store? I honsestlly feel people are completely fabricating excuses to get me off of the phone. All the while both transactions have posted to my bank account. I am so mad I cannot even express the level of dissappointment I am feeling. I work two jobs and rely solely on online shopping since it's hard for me to find the time! Needless to say, I will not be spending any of my money at Toys R Us in the future as they clearly do not respect thier customers or hold any value in customer service.
