Ripoff Unethical Business Practices... Failed to Delive

Cash link systems did not live up to their agreement or promises as they stated verbally to me. They failed to deliver on their commitment to place the ATM's at the "high" traffic areas as they stated in phone conversations with me.

I purchased the equipment in April, and to date have not had the machines placed in locations that were deemed to be suitable.

Each time that I would call to find out information regarding the placement locations, I would not get through to my placement specialist, or they were out, or they were really busy and did not have time to work on my file, or I would get the run around. I was told that one of the specialists was fired, only to find out that he was promoted, not fired and not working on my file.

This frustrated me alot and I was very angry with Cash Link.
I would ask to speak to supervisors, and then they would say that they would look after the problem and have my locations within the next 3 days. That never happened.

I am hoping that I can reclaim the $11685 investment that I made to purchase 3 machines.
