Rip-off! Failure to follow thru on contract

On 02/04 I purchased 3 cashless ATM machines from Cash Link Systems. I received the 3 machines in 3/04 and was contacted by my locator at Cash Link Systems.By the end of 4/04 I had not received a single lead and was now using my second locator.in mid 5/04 I was sent to a local convenance store that had been contacted. According to the owner the machine and system had been axplained to him as a credit card machine without any fees. He explained that his customers would not pay the fee and therefore he did not want it placed.

I received my third locator in 5/04 because my previous locator had been promoted and was now running a team of locators. I was given a location on 6/12/04 but the locator did not have the name of the contact. When I went to the location no one new anything about the machine. I requested a blank copy of all required forms on 06/13/04 because I had a possible location I had found myself and was going to visit the next day.

On 6/14/04 I called Cash Link Systems to ask a question but the phones were busy all day. On 6/15/04 I found the first of several websites of people that had been ripped-off and found out that the Cash Link Systems office had been raided. $11,685 later and I still have zero return.
