Jay And Stephen Baird, Garrett Terschel Beware! Vending Locator Rip-Off!

I contracted Advance Placement Services to locate 50 bulk candy vending machines. The locator completed the job in one day and was paid in cash, which they require. The very next day I began receiving hostile phone calls from the locations stating the locator did not get permission to locate a machine there or misrepresented himself when locating, and I was asked to remove the machines.

Upon checking all locations, I have found that many were just dumped off, even out in the elements and one was located in an auto body shop amidst paint fumes and men wearing masks while painting cars. I was promised by Jay Baird, the owner, that they had perfected the method of locating and that they had it down to a science. What a joke!

Out of 50 locations, at least 90% are bad locations and must be relocated. APS does not stand by their contract, and in fact, only relocates 20% of machines which protects them from having to relocate any more than 10 placements, in my case, even if they did not do their job in the first place. You're stuck with bad locations. Beware! Do not do business with Advance Placement Services!

They will basically take your money and dump off your machines and then you will never be able to contact them again and they will not respond or take responsibility for their lack of services. Even if they do, they are not going to take responsibility for more than 20% of locations that are bad, when likely you will have closer to 90% or more bad locations.

To date, I have attempted to contact the owner of Advance Placement Services, Jay Baird, with no success. They have taken no responsibility, nor have they honored their contract even to replace 20% of machines. This is a very questionable operation that accepts only cash, for good reason.
