My account was entered without my acknowlegde, they had went into my account not 1, but 2 times and took out money. I had left my account with a balance of $20 so that it will not be close. Who ever this company is, left my account with a negitive balance. Now my account will be close. Not only that they charge me for some books and took my last few dollars, but i never seen any of these books. Could you please help me in getting my money back before they close my account. Thanks
