Kaplan online collage Failed to give me required classes f

I was attending kaplan on line colledge for School of Health Science Bachelor of Science in which i received a student loan and a pell grant.
Now the reason for this e mail is due to an error made by the school admissions department! I enrolled in their program, they choose the classes in the order in which they are required (except in this case). I was enrolled in structure and function of the human body first and I thought, "wow this is advanced stuff". I made it barely have way through the course and kept falling behind I felt as though I was missing knowledge that the other students had because the subjects they were reffering to were not anywhere in the text.

I finally excepted that I would not pass and dropped the class so I could reenroll and start over, at this time I was informed that I could not retake the class because It is a requirement that I take medical termanoligy first. So now that the school has put me in the wrong class, I failed, my grade point average obviously dropped below requirement, my pell grant was now terminated and i lost my student loan.

PLEASE, I'm desperate for help,
