Ripoff, major joke

I ordered from abc for the first time. I go last week to check my order and it said it had been delivered to my house so I get right on the phone and call them. I never could get a hold of anyone. I called fedex and they don't know what to tell me and know I am getting letters and bills from abc. I would like to know just like everyone else how you are suppose to get help.
