Unnecessary Late Fees

My son admitted UMBC last yr 2010. He signed for dorm living. But because of some problem he got out from dorm this yr, the lady (dorm supervisor Jackie) charged him $600.00. Which I think is incorrect and correct fee for dorm cancellation is $300.00 and I consider it a fraud and coruption in her part as a dorm supervisor. Plus my son's all tuition fees always added late fees while due date away, I don't understand why. I try to reach in billing department but always recording and I think it is a trick to play with students parents and get a illegal late fees for UMBC's part. Please somebody do something about it, thank you.
