Lied by telling advertisers that their magazine is distributed in the dorms, when it actually isn't

Off Campus 101 lied to our company, Temple Pads, and several others that we know, about their distribution policy. They told us that their magazine was distributed in the dorm rooms at Penn and Temple. It even says that in their media kit. We just got a letter from the University of Pennsylvania that says the company lied, and that their magazine isn't in the dorms. Considering that their access to dorm rooms is what made us advertise, I would say this is a huge ripoff.
