Dorm like hotel room - Sheraton Hotels

Very disappointed with this particular location - Sheraton Princess Kaiulani Honolulu. I think they put us in an oldest tower. The room has dorm style modular furniture. The carpet is the type thin rug with cobweb in the corner of the room. The bath room is so simple with a sink, toilet and a rusted fixture tub. The whole room does not provide the atmosphere that you are on vacation in Hawaii but rather in a dorm.
