Fraudulent EBay SELLER RIP-OFF CON-ARTIST eBay SELLER! Took my $431.00, refused to send Bose CD Radio! EBay & PayPal probably taught him how to do it! Ripoff

On September 18, I gained the bidding to get a Bose CD Stereo from the "tonythompson123" (eBay ID). Our bet was for $396.00 & he charged $20 delivery... A complete of $416.00. I settled him entirely on September 18 through PayPal, subsequently understood he'dnot given a sum for transport insurance.

I wrote to "Tony Thompson" at tonythompson1@hotmail.com to inquire about it... He responded to deliver him another $15.00 for insurance. Being really new-to eBay it did not strike me then that something was bad. I sent him the additional $15; then he sent me informing me he'd possess a following # that following day. TWO nights later, no tracking number. I sent him again. No response.

Waited two or three more times, sent him again. However no response. I actually published informing him my spouse was obtaining a bit perturbed, considering it might light a fireplace under his bottom, but no response.

Ultimately on October 6 I submitted a problem through PayPal. They explained I might or might not get my money-back and that I would need to delay 10 times to discover. Today was the 10th time. I discovered. PayPal is providing me a massive FOURTEEN DOLLARS AND 26 DOLLARS. Interval.

And eBay? They might or MIGHT NOT provide me $175.00. What eBay has been doing was eliminate many every bit of data regarding Mr. Thompson... The market of another Bose CD radio that finished just a couple times before mine, the title of the customer of this additional stereo... It is all removed. The same as my income.

I did so have trust in people on eBay. Would begin promoting on eBay (heck, I HAVE TO today, to try and recover that cash). Today... I am frightened to death to actually maintain my eBay consideration!!! Ebay made money from me. Heck, they created cash from HIM, but he is still there. Does not surprise me at-all!
